Smiles Under the Sea Pediatric Dentistry believes in providing the most state of the art and comfortable procedures for our patients.

We utilize lasers in place of traditional drills, scalpels and older type instruments to provide

comfort and treatment outcomes sometimes not possible with the older methods.

One of the benefits of laser use in pediatric dentistry is a rapid wound healing and a reduced need for pre- and post-procedural pain medications, which any child and parent would appreciate! Very little or no local anesthesia is required for the majority of procedures done with lasers.

Lasers also provide relief from the pain and inflammation caused by oral ulcers and herpetic lesions.
