What should I bring to a first appointment?
Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of current medications including over-the-counter products and supplements, and any recent x-rays from a previous dentist. Tell us in advance about medical conditions, allergies or anxiety about treatment — all three change how we plan your visit.
